The God Of The Universe

The God Of The Universe
Isa. 40:25-26.  To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? saith the Holy One.  Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these things, that bringeth out their host by number: he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that he is strong in power; not one faileth.

Even at our best, we fall short in our estimates of the God of the universe. Believers should have a higher view of God than unbelievers, but sometimes, agnostic scientists picture a greater God (if there be one, they say) than those of us who claim to know Him.  GOD CREATED A VAST UNIVERSE.  There is no scientific evidence to support the theory of life on other planets like our popular science fiction community portrays.

Psalms 19:1-5

1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.
There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.
4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,
5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.

GOD CREATED A UNIQUE EARTH.  Earth is the Theater of the universe.  THIS is where the drama of redemption is played out in the universe.  Our earth, which is only a spec of the space dust, is the spiritual hub of the cosmos where His eternal plan of salvation is displayed.

John 1:1-5

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

Col. 1:16-22.

16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.
21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:
